The Hippodrome Casino in London is still yet to open after it's considerable refurbishment but that hasn't stopped its management from getting their online casino off the ground.
This is thanks to a joint venture that has been entered into with Media Corp. The deal will see Media Corp provide the Hippodrome with a full offering of online casino games.
As well as providing the software for online casino games, Media Corp will also be tasked with maintenance, customer support and conducting financial transactions.
The major benefits of this for potential Hippodrome Casino users is that they will be able to withdraw funds from their online account to use while they're in the land-based casino.
The deal begins on April 1 and is based on a revenue share agreement with expectations for the new online casino to generator more than 100,000 new customers a year.
The land based casino itself is still under construction, a process which has been taking place in earnest since July 2009. Whether or not it will be open by the time the Hippodrome Online Casino opens up remains to be seen but a large marketing campaign is planned so you're bound to hear more about it in the future.
