ITV has today announced details of a new gambling programme which will appear on ITV after midnight. The broadcaster, which has long toyed with the idea of launching a gaming show on its main channel, has finally been allowed to do so after OfCom adjusted broadcasting regulation. It’s believed that ITV have given NetPlay TV, which also runs gambling shows on Five, Virgin and STV, a six month trial. After this time, ITV and NetPlay TV will access the success of the show and decide whether to continue broadcasting the live casino.

Quiz shows proved to be a success on ITV and other channels in the past, but rumours soon surfaced about rigged phonelines, which were unfortunately proved to be correct. While NetPlay TV has established itself as a trustworthy live casino, we’d like to know whether you’d consider playing there via your television. Perhaps you already do, or perhaps you believe ITV shouldn’t be offering a casino show? Either way, we’d love to hear from you, so be sure to leave a comment if you’d like to voice your opinion.

ITV Gaming

I have played on their SuperCasino.com show through Five and thoroughly enjoyed it; the service was very good.
I'm looking forward to seeing their new bingo show and I'm glad to see gaming back on ITV - I don't have a problem with it when its run and monitored correctly
