Antoine Walker’s Court Date is Pushed Back

Former NBA all-star Antoine Walker has had his next court date pushed back, as rumours in Las Vegas suggest he’ll be settling the case outside of court.

In July, Walker was charged with cashing bad checks – a criminal offence in Nevada. It’s believed that Walker owes just over $800,000 in debts, but this figure has been pushed up by interest on the payments.

Whilst neither the prosecutor, Bernie Zadrowski, or Walker’s lawyer, Jonathan Powell, have revealed why the court date has been pushed back, it’s believed that the casinos which Walker owes money to (Caesars Palace and Planet Hollywood are involved in the case) are willing to settle the case out of course, provided Walker pays the $822,500 he owes them.
