Casino Cheater Added to Vegas Black Book
A previously convicted casino cheater has been added to Nevada’s notorious black book, banning him from all gaming destinations in the state. Michael McNeive is the 36th person to be added to The Nevada Gaming Commission’s infamous black book, after the control board approved his inclusion on Thursday.
The black book was originally created in order to ban mobsters from entering Nevada’s casinos. Nowadays, names are rarely added to the book and you can only be removed in death, or if the Gaming Commission decides you were never meant to be in the book in the first place.
McNeive has been added to the black book for his attempts to use cheating devices on casino games located in Vegas. In 2001, McNeive was caught cheating at Harrah’s Casino and in 2003, he even attempted to cheat on a drugstore slot machine. Next month, McNeive is in court over more cheating charges in Vegas.
