Harrah’s Launches Online Bingo Site

Harrah’s Interactive Entertainment, which is part of the Harrah’s casino operations brand, has announced an agreement with online bingo software company, Gamesys technology, which has seen the two brands join together to offer CaesarsBingo.com.
Back in November 2009 we reported how Mitch Garber had joined Harrah’s and speculated whether the former chief executive of PartyGaming was appointed in order to help Harrah’s bosses navigate the tricky world of online casinos. Well, now it seems that Harrah’s is ready to make its first step into the gaming market, with Garber suggesting that CaesarsBingo.com “will bring players the fun and excitement found in our casinos in addition to offering exclusive CAESARS Palace Las Vegas prize packages”. CaesarsBingo.com offers a range of bingo games, as well as casino games such as blackjack, slots and roulette. The bingo site is currently offering a range of promotions, including a 150% match bonus on your first deposit.
Alongside CaesarsBingo.com, Harrah’s has also purchased CaesarsCasino.com, which is powered by 888’s DragonFish technology. While the casino is currently only available to UK players, there has been speculation that if the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) is lifted, Harrah’s may offer a US focused online casino. For now though, the casino operator is remaining tight-lipped about the future of Harrah’s Interactive Entertainment.
