MGM to Offer Online Casino Games
Fremantle Media has signed an agreement with MGM, which will see the former creating online casino game versions of classic MGM films, such as Robocop, Fame and Stargate.
While Fremantle is a relatively unknown gaming developer, they’re the brains behind TV shows such as The Price is Right, as well as The X Factor. It’s believed that Fremantle’s agreement with MGM shows just how keen the company is to branch out into the online gaming market.
Very little is known about the deal at the moment, but it’s believed Freemantle and MGM will provide casino games for those outside of the United States. Paul Kanareck, of Freemantle Media, has suggested the following about the future of the company; “our ambition is to become a leading publisher of branded games in this exciting market.”
