Michael Jordan’s sons spend $60,000 in Las Vegas

Jeffrey and Marcus Jordan, sons of legendary basketball player Michael Jordan publicised their lavish spending by ‘tweeting’ about their sixty thousand dollar day in Las Vegas. The two sons, who have just reported back to the University of Central Florida for the start of the academic year, were in Las Vegas after having dropped in on their dad’s fantasy basketball camp at the Mirage Resort and Casino. Following this, they decided to spend a bit of time and more to the point, lots of money in Sin City.
After having partied all day at the Liquid Pool Club based at Aria, the brothers, along with some of their UCF Knights basketball team mates spent the evening and presumably most of the night at Haze. Tweets from the younger sibling Marcus included “Spent $21k at Liquid (the pool)… Tonight should be worse!!” and “Last night was stupid…35k at Haze… Totals 50k something for the whole day.. Damn!! Going to the pool again today.. Gotta relax!” Haze is a nightclub located in the trendy Aria Resort and Casino, in Las Vegas.
Whilst this may seem like harmless fun, questions may be asked of how Marcus, 20 (the legal age to drink alcohol and gamble in Nevada is 21), managed to spend so much money in such little time, during his stay in Nevada. A spokesperson for MGM Resorts International, the owner of Aria Resort and Casino, has informed the press that they are “looking into” the matter.
