Ringo Starr to Play Casino
The former Beatles drummer Ringo Starr is set to return to Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, as part of a tour with his All-Starr Band. The drummer, who has played the casino in the past will visit the venue for two nights, as part of his North American 2010 tour.
Starr is regularly welcomed into the ‘Falls community and often uses the casino to rehearse for shows. While the members of Starr’s band have yet to be announced, it’s believed that once tickets go on sale they will sell out quickly. It’s believed the casino’s vice president of marketing, Larry Gregson, has built up a strong relationship with Starr, which is why he’s returning to perform two shows at the venue.
