Pennsylvania
While Las Vegas’ black book may be better known, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board also has its own equivalent of Nevada’s famous exclusion list, which now features three new entrants; Andre Nestor, Kerry Laverde and Patrick Loushil. The three men are believed to have “compromised” a slot machine at the Meadows Racetrack and Casino. The trio allegedly gained $400,000 over just two-months, after exploiting a security flaw in the slot.
Nestor’s, Laverde’s and Loushil’s entry into Pennsylvania’s black book means that they are banned from entering and gambling in any of the state’s casinos. Much like Nevada’s black book, if the trio wish to be removed from the book they must be acquitted of the gambling related crimes they are alleged to have committed.
