William Hill Look for new PR Firm
Recently we reported that Betfair had employed a new PR firm to deal with their promotions for the 2009 Ashes series and Intercasino had also hired a new PR company to promote the online casino. Well, it seems William Hill are now heading down this road, as they have effectively closed their account with their old PR firm, Brunswick, and are now looking for a better offer.
PRWeek have revealed that Brunswick, who have worked with William Hill since 2002, have recently found out that their 6-figure account with the casino and bookmakers company has been put out to pitch – meaning that William Hill are looking for a new PR firm to handle their business.
It's believed that William Hill will be hearing pitches from a variety of companies, including Brunswick, who have been given a chance to pitch themselves. It’s believed that William Hill are looking for a cheaper alternative to the PR firm, but whether they will find one remains to be seen.
