In Pai Gow poker the aim of the game is to create two poker hands, one out of two cards and the other out of five, if your hands are higher than the dealer's then you win, but be aware your two card hand cannot rank higher than the 5 card one. We managed to beat the dealer during our first and second games, with four better poker hands. On each game we won $23.75, meaning our grand prize on Pai Gow poker at Cherry Red casino totalled in at $47.50.
