In our video guide to Pot o Gold we at first experimented with placing single coin bets, so essentially it came to £1 per spin. However, on our first few spins we soon found that this tactic wasn't working for us, simply because we weren't actually winning anything. We then decided to place a max bet of 3 coins, so we were wagering £3 per spin. On our first spin using the max bet option we won £4, although we didn't win anything on our final two spins.
